hi everyone, pls little help, i have applied for eea2 but my wife has stop work due to transport matter but we went to job centre they said ones am working full time she can not claim allowance am asking if this can affect my application,thank u hear u soon, bye.

A worker can retain their status of worker in certain circumstances.
Is she looking for work?
Your wife could also be considered to me self-sufficient, but you both would require sickness insurance.

I don't believe your wife retained her workers status. She left work voluntarily, therefore it could not be said she is someone who retained her worker status, unless she engaged in vocational course that is similar to her previous work.
