Hi there, Can anyone who's applied for ROR or PR on the basis of ROR shed some light please

In the case of applying for ROR after divorce, are you required to provide the passport of the divorced EEA spouse?

As i am going through a divorce with an unco-operative spouse at the moment, and i doubt she will give me her passport.

Many thanks for your anticipated responses

Simple answer is no. All you need is a D37 and a proof that he/she was exercising treaty right at time of initiating divorce to when the D37 was issued.
