Urgent Please, does my wife need a visa?

Hello everyone, Please l need urgent advice,l am a Belgian, My wife and l have been married now for three years, we have a daughter of 2 year old how is a Belgian. my wife is a Nigerian and has a Belgium ID card(resident permittee) . My question now is does she need a visa when she is travelling with me to the UK?. Thanks for you answers

legally NO...
just your passport, her passport and your marriage certificate...
however, (i assume your travelling to the uk?) "technically" yes... she will have huge problems boarding a plane... due to potential fines etc..
EEA family permit is what you are looking for... issued free of charge...
if your coming by plane you will need it, however, if your coming by boat,
