EEA3 - refused. What now?

Reason for refusal states that

"As an Accession Sate national worker you must complete 12 months legal employment with an employer that is registered with the Worker Registration Scheme, this year must constitute the first of the of the five years required for a document certifying permanent residence.

In your application you sate that you were employed from September 2007 to November 2008 by COMPANY A. However you only registered under the Worker Registration Scheme with that employer on 30 January 2008 and, therefore, did not complete 12 months continuous employment with that employer under WRS requirements. This department can find no evidence of your registering either of your subsequent employers with the WRS scheme.

Is there anything I can do to rectify this mistake I made 5 years ago? Any help would be much appreciated. Cheers

Have you got the dates rights? Did you register in Jan 2008 and left Nov 2009? That's more than one year.

If you didn't meet the WRS requirement, then you can achieve PR in May 2016 (5 years after the scheme was abolished).

oh bugger I got the date wrong, it's 2008 not 2009. this is the correct explanation

No I didn't register further employers with the WRS, only the first one. I wasn't aware of the fact that I'd need to register any successive employers until my employment history adds up to a whole year.
