i'm about to apply for the EEA FP but i have some questions to ask:

1- my wife is an EU notional and working in UK with contract, but she is getting a low salary..

so i would like to know if the fact that her is low will affect my EEA FP application??

no,its not going to affect anything,as long as she has a contract,payslips,nothing else matter,read this and follow the steps:
