permanent residency for my wife

hi all, me and my wife , we're both polish , i have permanent residency card , our son was born 6 months ago and he's got british nationality and british passport because i was a permanent resident at the time, however my wife came to live with me 3,5 years ago , she didnt even work 12 months ina row which means she's not even a temporary resident , she worked for 6 months then off for 3 , then worked for 3 then off for 2 and so on , so my question is can she apply for permanent residency now because i have it and our son is british??? many thanks for your answers

she have to be in the UK for 5 years. If you working all this time she can use your paperwork.

how can she use my paperwork? which application does she need to fill in?

She need to complete its 5 years of residence. Since you are a permanent resident and child is british then it won't bring any much change if she becomes permanent resident.

she could apply as family member, your details on page 1 of eea3 and her on page 2. You will have to provide prove that you been working for 5 years she was here andshe will have to show that she was here for the same period.

As you were successful with your PR, your wife simply needs to have lived in the UK for 5 years - 1.5 to go!
