Apply for ROR one year separation

First my details:
got married with eu national Mar 2011
Received my EEA2 July 2011
from Mar 2011 til May 2013 Lived together under one roof, EU partner did exercise her treaty rights through full working and still doing it. (proof available)
But due to some personal reasons, we had argument, i started living separately, but we will go for divorce next year when our marriage will be lasting three years.
Now my question is:
When i will be applying for my ROR, will that separation affect my application??? plz give ur opinions.
