Hi everyone,

I've got a Dutch passport, and I've been living in the UK for more than 7 years.

I know there are currently no income and accomodation requirements, if I were to marry and bring a non-EEA spouse to the UK. These laws are enforced by the EU, right?

How will UK's exit from EU affect this?

How likely is a change in these requirements (i.e. no income and no accomodation requirement)?

And even if the UK were not to exit the EU, how likely is it that income and accomodation requirements are enforced upon EEA people? Can it be enforced unexpectedly? Some people talk as if it's eminent.
