sounds like you might be soon exercising EU treaty rights under Directive 2004/38/EC ?
if so, I was wondering if there was any reason that you choose Belgium.
You're looking to apply for the RC too?
lots of questions - sorry - we're looking at these options but in France.
thanks

I am considering France/Belgium/Ireland. The information and registration procedure is quite clear about Belgium and Ireland. I am unable to find detailed information about France
You're looking to apply for the RC too? Only my mother have to apply for RC. My wife and kids will remain in UK
lots of questions - sorry - we're looking at these options but in France. Ask as many question as you like. As I am in the same boat and desperately trying to find the answers.
My case is a bit complex as Non EEA citizen is my mother. She only got a visitor visa for UK. First I have to secure a schengen visa for her before I can move to any other country. In addition this requires a lot of documents to prove the dependence. If you got any details re procedure in France then let me know. I can share Belgium/Ireland info.
Thanks

Hi
Can someone please confirm that
1)- Is it ok to be self employed in Ireland/Belgium/France but work for a UK based company. What I mean is to work for a uk based company remotely and invoice them from Ireland/Belgium and pay taxes and etc in Ireland.
2)- If its ok, can one still be considered under Surinder Singh route?
Thanks
