Questions about divorce questions might be served better in another site that perhaps specialises in divorce matters.
If you have a question pertaining to EU law and divorce, please ask.

The date both partners separated has nothing to do with divorce at all and is irrelevant for RoR. The court does not care and neither does the HO. The date you apply for the DA is irrelevant for all intents and purposes, at least when it comes to the EU immigration rules. And no, the date when you applied for DA won't be mentioned. There will be the date the Decree Absolute was issued, since it is the official date when the marriage is dissolved and you are free to remarry. There will be the date when the divorce petition was received by the court. I do not remember if there was the date of Decree Nisi on the certificate, but the HO would be interested in the date the petition was received by the court, and yes, it will be there.

Oh yes, and the date of marriage will be there, so there is no need to worry about not including the marriage certificate (the court will not give it back anyway).
