As I presently am working, should I carry on working? Is that legal to

proceed this way? My wife is an EEA national and is registered as a job

seeker and on verge of getting a job[the provisional as ende].

You are entitled to work if your spouse exercises treaty rights. Worker includes job-seeker, but the authorities will expect a genuine chance of finding employment. It may be possible for spouse to find some kind of paid temporary employment while they wait for a more appropriate job (I am not sure of your circumstances). Alternatively, spouse could rely on your income and be self-sufficient (health insurance would be required).
