Visitor Visa + Marry in Spain or Financee?

Hi everyone and thanks again.
I think I was like 1 year without speak in this forum.
For resume my situation, I wanted to come to UK, work and bring here my girlfriend.
One year after I have the job and finally I will marry her for forget about problems.
She wants to come next month and its time for apply for a Visa again.
This year she had a 6 month Visa and she was 2 times in the UK, like 10 days in total.
Now my question its, what would be easier?.
Other Visitor visa of 180(-10 days) and marry in Spain or Financee + Marry in UK?
I wish Finacee + Marry in Spain but I guess only would work for marry in UK. The question is that I want to marry in Spain in the next 5 or 6 month, after marry in Spain she would wait 1 month in Russia and then she would back.
She already have the IELTS exam and I earn more than the 19K so I think we meet all the requierements.
Which is the best way to do it?
Thanks to everyone and specially to Casa for the support in the past.

Does your fiancee have legal residency in Spain?

HI Casa. Thanks for the reply.
No, She lives in Moscow and we visit each other every 2 month.
She has 1 year visa in Spain, however If its possible to make her a temporary residence She could get a letting contract or somethibg similar from my house.

I try to avoid to have to make her wait outside UK.
In that case, would be possible 6 month of financee visa + marriage in UK/SPAIN and do the paper inside the UK? without make her wait in her country?
Obvisuly is not very suitable for me get married and be without her.
If not, would be more easy to ask a visa with tickets of.. for example 2 weeks and then make her stay here the 6 month and marry in 4?
Thanks again for your pacience.

I suggest you apply for a fiance visa and marry within 6 months in the UK. This can only be applied for outside of the UK.
Having married in Spain I have first hand experience of just how slow the system is for non-Spanish residents applying to marry there.
In order to be issued a Spanish certificate of empadronamiento your fiancee would first need to have a NIE number.
Where are you currently resident?

Hi again Casa.
I reside currently in the UK for 8 month, I think in Spain they still believe that I live there, because thats what my ID card says.
Under your experience, which path will be the best one?
The question is that she already left her work (but she have the letter from her work because she will work until the end of the month).
Now she wants to come with me because obviously without work she can´t pay rent.
My Idea was: Visitor visa, then she can stay 6 month. I start the papers for marry in 4 month in Spain (for make things quicker). I heard that they take like 3 month in get date and check that the marriage is legal. So after marry in Spain I apply immediatly to Spouse visa. How many time took you since you got married until he/she got the visa?
That would be very complicated and long? Im searching for the quickest way.
If not, could be possible to ask for visitor visa and after that ask for fiancee visa? During the visitor visa I would prepare papers for marry, because If I have to start now with fiancee visa that would take too long.
She wants to back to work as soon of possible, and don´t want to "miss time" and I don´t want to be without her after marriage, obviously.
My priority is be the less time possible without her.

For save you time.
Would be possible 6 month visitor visa and then apply for fiancee?(1) and after 3 month with visitor visa she would be able to apply to fiancee?(2)
In that 6 month I would prepare all the documents for fiancee visa.
How many time would take fiancee visa?(3)
Then I would marry in 3 month with the fiancee visa, so she would wait 3 month after marry in the UK for get the spouse visa.

She'll have to apply for a fiance visa from Russia. She can't switch from visitor to fiance from within the UK. Why don't you marry in Russia and apply for a spouse visa?

Good morning Casa.
That would take time.
In the meanwhile we prepare wedding. She can be with me less than 6 month with Visitor visa? Can she search a 2 weeks flight but stay here 6 month so we will have time to prepare it together?
Thanks.

She can, but she'll have to return to Russia before her visitor visa expires.
She may find it difficult to prove a reason to return if she has no job or strong ties to her home country when her fiance is in the UK.

Thank you very much Casa.
She already have job, letter from work and She is not going to mention about fiancee.
She will say that will stay here two weeks but she will stay 5 month.
Thanks.

If she withholds the information that she has a fiance in the UK she'll be facing a big problem later on when she applies for a fiance visa. All information submitted for visa applications is held on record for comparison with any subsequent applications.

Hi Casa.
But in case of be a boyfriend it would affect?
We have wedding plans but I still didnt bought the ring or asked her hand, but she knows my intemptions, so she wouldnt be lying.
She would be lying saying that she is going to stay 2 weeks but she stays 6 month.
Thank you very very very much
I dont want to make this kind of mistakes.

Forgive me, Rhaegar. Are you a UK citizen? Do you hold permanent residency? If you are an EU citizen (and are not a PR holder), you need to look at the EU immigration rules NOT the UK ones....

Or can she come 2 month as Visitor. Then apply to fiancee from Russia?
Why you suggest Marry in Russia, its quicker?

physicskate is right. I've trawled back through your earlier posts and see that in one you mention that you're from 'another EU state'. What nationality do you hold and what is your legal status in the UK?

Yes Im from Spain With Spanish n
nationality and only 8 month working in the UK.
What that means? I cant apply for fiancee?
I have NIN, Bank Account, Bills, contract, rent...
Thank to both for the help supplied.

You can't apply under UK rules...you need to follow the EU route, which in fact you should find much easier and certainly cheaper. I've moved this to the EEA forum where you should get the advice you need.

So would you recommend visitor visa while we prepare the wedding? There is no fiancee for EU citizen?
I could read that long relationships she can apply, maybe she can as my fiancee or we need to do it after marriage?
Once we get married the process will be quick?
I cant search now due that Im working but as soon as I end I will check it.
Many thanks again.

Hello again, Im finally home and reading.
EDITED.
Finally we will marry in april.
She will come here october-february with Visitor visa.
She will apply for 2 weeks but in fact she will stay 5-6 month. That would affect the EEU family member visa?
After that she will prepare everything and after marriage we will apply for EEU family member visa.
If you confirme me that its possible to do it we can close this topic.
Thanks again for all the help!
