Lets say that someone says that is going to come 2 week and he gets the 6 month visa.
Instead of stay 1 weeks he stays for the maximun than his visa can hold.
After that he gets married and applies for a EEA Family visa.
Have said that he was going to stay 2 weeks in the interview would affect the family Visa?
Thanks.

Plans change, stay can get extended for any reason.
No big deal .... as long the person in question returned before the expiry date of the visitor visa.

If married to EEA citizen, the family member has a very strong right to be travelling together.

I hope you will never get your Visa, because of sham marriages like you're about to perform , decent people are getting refused and are being suspected of marriage of convenience . Burn in hell you lots!

Whats your problem? If someone admits in his first sentence they're going to be lying about the visa and then quickly would get married just to get RC , is that so normal to you ?

Lying and Sham marriage two different thing my friend. OK i accept he want to lie but you can't accuse someone marrying for the purpose of immigration if we don't know
