procedure of transferring paper RC on a passport

Hi
Please tell me whats the procedure of transferring paper eea2 RC on a passport.Need to travel in 3 weeks Is it possible we can use Premium service and which form should be submitted.
Seniors and gurus pls advice me.

It would require to make fresh eea2 rc application with same procedure and documents. There is no premium service for that at the moment.

Having said that, a paper RC is valid as a passport RC. It should not prevent you from travelling.

thanks but that person is willing to transfer that RC on his passport.Any suggestions what about form TOC.

TOC is for transfer of Immigration Rules visas( Tier-1, spouse visa etc). It's not for applications under EEA rules. Those require a new submission as stated (and potentially another 6 months wait).

Why do you wish to transfer it onto your passport? Are you concerned that it would not be valid?
