Hi All,
I can not find any timeline for the EEA3 applications - permanent residence card. How long does it take for an application to be processed?
Please fill in the below. Thanks.

Eligibility criteria:
Method of application: NCS (council name) or Postal:
Date of receipt by UKBA:
Date of debit of fees:
Date of receipt of acknowledgement:
Date of receipt of approval:

Worth having a timeline for EEA3, but you can leave out the Method of application: since postal is the only option for EEA3. Likewise I'm not aware of any Eligibility criteria other than 5 years worth of Treaty Rights. On the other hand, what you could add would be
- Treaty Rights Exercised: where people could list Employed, Self-employed, Student, Self-sufficient, etc.

Yes EEA3 / EEA4 timeline :
Date EEA national started exercising treaty right:
EEA national Treaty right : as a Student, Working, Self sufficient, Self employed, Job seeker ?
NON EEA national Treaty right after divorce : ( only applicable to those who retained right of residence )
Date of receipt by UKBA:
Date of debit of fees:
Certificate of Approval:

EEA national Treaty right : Employment - EEA family member
Date of receipt by UKBA: 07/11/2013 (sent on 06/11/2013 by Special Delivery)
Date of debit of fees: 11/11/2013
Date of receipt of acknowledgement: 14/11/2013 (dated 08/11/2013)
PR granted :29/11/2013 (issued on 26/11/2013)

Finally arrived, in only 33 days!!!
Date EEA national started exercising treaty right: 01/09/2008
EEA national Treaty right : Self employed
Date of receipt by UKBA: 24/10/2013
Date of debit of fees: 28/10/2013
Acknowledgment letter: 31/10/2013 dated 25/10/2013
PR granted : pack received today 26/11/13, letter dated 21/11/2013

Date of receipt by UKBA: 11/11/2013 (sent on Sat 09/11/2013 by Special Delivery)
Date of debit of fees: 14/11/2013
Date of receipt of acknowledgement: 18/11/2013 (dated 13/11/2013)
PR received: 13/12/2013 (issued on 10/12/2013)

EEA3 application for Belgian national, following successful EEA4 application for my non-EEA spouse in 2015 and in preparation of Brexit...
Submitted application - 01.02.2016
Received Home Office confirmation email - 18.02.2016
Requested passport back - 19.02.2016
Received passport back - 29.02.2016
Document certifying PR issued - 12.03.2016
Document certifying PR received - 24.03.2016
Less than 2 months end to end. Well done to the Home Office!
