How to contact solvit please help

Hi guys i already tried to find this info here but i couldn't i,m sorry if i missed it so here is my question .
how to contact solvit for EEA Family permit i applied eea Family permit out side uk its been 78 days no answer yet please any one can help me thanks

omg thats what i found on solvit website it needs 10 weeks to get help omg
to know more about my rights under EU law in a situation I am currentely facing (within 1 week)
to get help in getting my rights recognised by a national administration (within 10 weeks)
Anyone knows if involving solvit gonna help at all?
I applied from BHC Islamabad Pakistan for EEA FP if i involve solvit its gonna have negative or positive impact on decision ?
Friend of mine told me that if i complaint or involve sovit BHC Islamabad doesn't care and delay the decision is that true?
please help i really want to be with my family asap its already late.
