Document Certifying Permanent Residence - no expiry date?

I have noticed that my PR document has no expiry date, just a date of issue.

The Immigration (European Economic Area) Regulations 2006 say that:
(3) Subject to paragraph (5) and regulation 20(3), a permanent residence card shall be valid for
ten years from the date of issue and must be renewed on application.
So it only applies to the PR card for a non-EEA family member, right?

I wanted to ask first instead of being sorry later when I will be applying for naturalisation in December.

If there should an expiry date on my document then how should I rectify this matter? Well I have an email address of a caseworker who dealt with my EEA3 application.

Documents for EEA nationals don't have expiry date.

Even if there was an expiry date, why would it matter for naturalisation application. It's the date if issue that would matter.

Hi guys, I am an EEA citizen and I applied and got "" document certifying permanent residence"" card last month ( April 2014) with no expiry date, but I am exercising my treaty rights from July 2006. I have some evidences as well like job letter, tax letter, bank statement from 2006.

Can I apply for naturalisation immediately or I have to wait for one year despite the fact that I entered in UK and exercising treaty rights from 2006. Someone told me that if I have proof of residence from 2006 then I can apply...

Remember you lose PR if you live outside the UK for 2 years...
