hello respectful members,
If EU national and non-EU national have been separated for the last 1 years but now intend to divorce. Then in this situation can divorce based on the unreasonable behaviour (which is one of the ground for divorce) be able to use? And whether is it necessary that all of the incidents of unreasonable behaviour should have been occurred before separation or it does not matter? Any input will be appreciated.

If both parties are agreed on divorce then any reason may enough for divorce.
No need to mention all circumstances in the petition except most recent four or five reasons.
