EX WIFE FIND OUT I WAS HAVING A SECRET affair WITH A SINGLE MOTHER WHO WAS LIVE IN THE SAME Shared HOUSE WITH US and she fortunately got pregnant for me but it was just a one night stand and i knew I was realy stupid to do that between 2009to 2010, because of that me and my ex move to new house in the same street but my wife still find it difficult to forgive me and forget about it by then her beaviors was totally different she was really bad to me some time she will leave home and come back after a week or two, so after 8 months in 2010ending she find out that the other girl have give birth to baby then she got angry more and move out of our home in ealy 2011 and live with her friend, then after two months I also find out she got a new boyfriend, then I stop contact her, so in 2012 i DIVORCE her and I APPLY FOR ROR so luckily she never change our adress from her work place until the final day of divorce all her payslips were still coming to our house , HO issues new RoR recidence card in 2013, so after all I apply for Naturalization in January 2015 without permanent rc, with my 6years P60, after 5months in may 2015 I receive interview letter. I attended the interview yesterday the HO guy ask me questions about my ex wife how will meet and were will got married and about all her job hestory until we get divorce, after all that he ask me if I have any child and I said yes because they already know when police and ukba inforcement visit my house in 2012 but they didn't come because of me they were looking for the previous tenant. they meet my baby and the mother in my house at that time they write down both of us dates and baby, then after that the HO guy ask me wether I know my baby mumm immigration Status and I said no, then he ask again do u know her husband name I said no,, then the HO guy told me that when my baby monther made her application to home office in 2009 as eea family member and she also use the same adress as me how did it happen I should tell them the truth if not he may harm my application, then I replied I said I donnot know, so the HO guy said ur baby mother were married in the same place and the same month and year just like you, and ur ex wife is a Spanish national ur baby mother husband his also a Spanish national you and ur baby mumm are from the same coutry Ghana , then I said to him I don't know about what u are talking about All I knew is that she have a child and she is a single mumm and I had a secret affair with her by fortunately she got pregnant that's why my relationship with my ex wife breakdown.....they he said because of this they questions the Geniuses of my previous relationship with my ex eea national, after that he ask me wether am in any relationship now or not I said no then he ask me if my baby live with me I said yes then he said that's the end of the interview we will send you our decision by post)... so when i get home I call my baby mother to confirm everything the OH guy told me and she said yes it's truth she married with her husband but they separated after 3 month but never divorce , but she did not told me anything about it and i wasn't aware of it................. So my question now is that can HO Refuse my Naturalization application and revoke my ROR recidence card on this basis please I need advice and help as am still waiting for their decision and I don't know how how long it takes

It sounds like a complicated case considering the circumstances you have given. You might just be a victim of an unfortunate UKVI investigator.
So if i understood it well, two spanish people man and woman each married Ghanaian woman and man respectively in the same year, same month, same address and you all knew nothing about this?
I suggest you wait for the outcome. Once you get to know their decision, then you can plan what to do. You need to have a strong evidence of no knowledge about your baby's mother's status as you claimed at the interview. If you have nothing to hide, pls just be positive and fight to the end incase things don't go as you expect.

The way you write and express your query it is not easily understandable. But on guess basis it seems like a script of a failed film. But I think your bad character maybe disrespectful for entire family until they alive apart of immigration hurdles.

If u don't understand my query what's the point of your inputting ur comment, no body is perfect sometime people mistakes and Learn from it, not for you to comment the way u like , however ur comment is absolutely rubbish.
