Has any one not received their passport back from UKVI?

I had my RC and all other documents sent back from HO but not my passport.

I have sent several request online and by phone to no avail,They keep promising that someone will ring me back and I never get a call back.

I really need my passport.

If they have lost it what can I do?

Can anyone help?

Have your MP's consituency office contact the Home Office.

Done and got the passport back the same week.
