Looks as if on track to automatically acquire PR sometime next year.
If you have adequate supporting evidence it seems, based on the above, that you have been
exercising treaty rights continuously in several acceptable categories as a
qualified person.
An absence of up to 6 months in 1 year does not interrupt your residency/treaty rights.

Thank you.
It appears you are on track so far (especially if you have all evidence).
Ofcourse you need to have a job into next year to be sure you are on track; (there may be a limit on time as a job-seeker).
There is no 100% guarantee as you have to satisfy HO with your evidence.
For now, suggest make sure you are registered as a job-seeker, keep copies of all job applications, copies of letters to/from employers, including job negotiations/job offers etc.
Good luck.
