Some Background
I applied for a EEA2 Visa but it was refused based on my wife's employer's contact number was not valid. I want to re apply for the same visa.
What documents would i send this time ? All again ?
Which is the latest version of the application form? 04/2014? Can someone post the link to latest one.
My wife has stopped working since then because of my 3 step kids and takes up alot time taking care of them. Youngest one is almost 2 years old. She is taking child benefits etc. does that mean she cant be sponsor anymore?
Thanks in advance.

EEA2 now is EEA FM. The latest form you can find in the following link https://www.gov.uk/government/publicati ... orm-eea-fm

To my knowledge, your wife needs to be a qualified person for you to apply EEA2.
Qualified person is someone, either working, seeking a job, self sufficient or students with some certain insurance.
It seems your wife currently does not belong to either of these category. So I'm not sure EEA2 is viable ...

But I'm not an expert. As seen in this forum, there is often a way out. Wait for some experts on this forum to give you better option or advice.

Thank you for your reply. She was working before she had to quit the job because taking care of three kids ( we had some issues with social workers) is hard. I am trying to apply for visa so I can properly work and support my family.

Thanks for the Link i saw this wording
‘Relevant EEA national’ means an EEA national who is (or was) in the UK as a
‘qualified person’ (worker, self-employed, self-sufficient, student, or jobseeker) or has a
permanent right of residence in the UK under the EEA Regulations.
it says is OR was. she was qualified but because of our current situation she isnt anymore but its still valid?. what do you think?

Qualified person is defined here https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/s ... s_v3_0.pdf

I suspect the wording "was" under this context might be related to retained right of residence under situations such as: divorce, death of sponsor, and some other scenario involved children... etc.
But again, do not take my word, I am neither a lawyer nor an expert on this subject. However that document should be useful.

Thanks you might be right. I would wait for someone who can confirm this and perhaps advise me on the route i should follow.
