I will apply soon for my PR. I just want to show you all the documents that I will send to HO. Maybe you guys can help me with more informations. feel free to advise me Thanks in advance.

EEA(PR) form
MY PASSPORT
Self employed tax return forms (4 years)
National insurance contributions receipts(4 years)
some credits card statement and bank statements
Marriage certificate
Marriage photos and holiday with my wife
some Gas and eletricity bills in my name and my wife
Tenant agreement in my wife name( my wife changed her surname after marriage. she has my surname on all her documents)

My wife documents
Her Passort
her PR( she had her PR before me arrived in UK)
some of her self employed tax return forms
some of her national insurance contributions receipts

please coud you check my evidences for PR? Maybe it's there something new that I am not aware. because HO alwasy making difficult for non- eu family member.

If I may help to qualified for PR under EU RIGHT , must have you must have full existing five years treaty right ! Advice that you gathered as much evidence that you think necessary to strength you application ! Holiday trip, joint account statements , etc

I read in past in some of posts in this forum if your wife has PR card then you don't need to show her treaty right to HO. in my Case when I arrived in december 2010 my wife received her PR card in october 2010. Do I need to show she is exercising treaty rights for my PR?
