Hi there,

I did apply 1.5 months ago for a permanent residence certificate under the european rout as I do hold a european passport.

I did provide all the documents they were asking for, my only problem was that I did receive some benefits at some point worth around £1800.

If they reject my application, can they refuse entrance to me into the UK? Are there any consequences at all?

No, they can't. You can still enter and live here on your EU passport as before.

Hi Kaba 85,why do you think they will reject you application.some benefits do not affect PR

Because I did receive jobseekers allowance and housing benefit. Additionally I was told that the application usually is between 3 to 6 weeks and I am waiting almost 2 months now. Doesn't sound, don't you agree?
