Hello guys,
i got my rc in august 2013 on the basis of efm and got married end of that year.

I want to know what would be the next step for me when my rc expires. and also want to know what is the procedure if we get divorced as my wife cheated on me. i have forgiven her apparently but i don't feel the same way and want to know what would be my status if we get separated which we are considering.

when did you get married ? how long does marriage last ? how long you both as wife and husband stayed in uk?
you have to apply for ROR.
marriage should last at least three years .to apply for retained right of residence.
