DX DELIVERY please help me

I recently received paper from DX because I wasn't at home I called them and they told me that the items is from home office biometric card .. So is this the Residence permit please I need help am waiting from 7 month am non- EEA

Thanks a lot my dear I hope so , I called them but they told me I can't collect by myself it's should delivery to my address anyway I will wait for tomorrow
