i have applied for EEA EFM RC last week. as per my previous posts, i would not get right to work under this application while its being processed. I also have an appeal pending at UT under tier 2, does it give me work rights (when i applied for my RC i had work rights) ? im confused. Help please.

As Vinny advised you in the post below, no right of employment will exist under the Regulations to work.

However your Section 3 C rights will continue until after the appeal.
