I am living in Hungary with my wife,
I applied twice RESIDENCE CARD FOR FAMILY MEMBER OF HUNGARIAN CIT refused.
now me and my wife want to move to ENGLAND.
according to the people on forum FAMILY PERMIT FOR UK is also so complicated and time taking process if refused once.
SO NOW WE ARE LOOKING FOR THIS OPTION
what about EEA REGULATIONS, can border force let us enter only on presenting MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE AND PASSPORTS.
DO THEY ASK ABOUT RESIDENCE CARD AS WELL?
THANKS FOR YOUR OPINION

my residence card application was refused in HUNGARY (marriage of convenience)
so what does it mean, every member state will consider my marriage a marriage of convenience.
I am so nervous that I dont even want to apply the SHORT STAY VISA FOR IERLAND.
does this decision is shared with other member states, when my further applications are being processed
feel free to ask further question about my situation
thnks
A temporary entry stamp can be issued at the border, if the Immigration Officer is convinced of the genuineness of the marriage. To the best of my knowledge, there is no requirement that he
must issue it immediatly on the presentation of a marriage certificate.
EU states share intelligence on immigration applications and the declaration that your marriage is a marriage of convenience by the Hungarian authorities will likely be visible to the IO at the UK or the Irish border/airport and so there is a good chance that they could deny you an entry stamp and ask you to submit a full application, with proof.

These are the steps to follow:
https://eumovement.wordpress.com/2010/0 ... to-travel/
Example of guidance the UK border officials will use:
https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/s ... ction3.pdf
Note: There is always a possibility to be denied entry.
You cannot rely on a 100% guarantee of entry as you will need to convince the ECO of your status.
For a simpler ride suggest apply for a FP.

As the recent poster said there is possibilities to be denied your entry unless your spouse is a British, by the way why can't you just wait for your EUFAM card or apply for a family permit?

I have filed an appeal against this decision, even then this information is being shared with other states?
