Does anyone know what's to processing time for EEA PR applications in late 2015; early 2016?

Be prepared for 6months and it can be more than that

Ofcourse, people applying everyday because of the unknown future decision with the governments.

The Document Certifying Permanent Residence for EEA nationals used to take 3-4 weeks, after the rule change on 12/11/15 people reported approximate timelines of 7-8weeks (and of course a lot longer for non-EEA nationals applying for a PR card). But as ally said, it can take up to 6 months if you're unlucky or if the volume of incoming applications increases (which is likely).
