Non -EEA wife pregnant

Hi Guys,
Please i need advice, I am an irish National, living and working in the uk. I applied for EEA family permit for my wife in lagos, Nigeria lasy year (2015)and was refused and we appealed , still waiting for appeal hearing date, my question is i went to lagos ,Nigeria to see my wife in january 2016 and now she is pregnant( carrying my baby) , please would that help in the EEA application .

The basis of the initial refusal was that, it was marriage of convenience

we submitted the appeal last year june 2015 and still we havent been given appeal hearing date yet, I am graduation in the university this july and i dont know if i should apply for visiting visa for herto attend the graduation ceremony or i should just wait for the appeal hearing
