After RC, HO hasn't return my passport

Hi, Please help me 
I have got my RC in December 2015.
However, I haven’t received all my document and passport.
Almost 1 year, since I had applied EEA2, I couldn’t leave UK .
Today, I have got my RC but without my passport…
I have done everything, however there is no progress.
I called HO, and wrote the letter, and send online form( documents back)….
I had one reply by HM email, they 「Case worker will contact you.」
BUT no body contact me till today…..
My husband called one more time, Finally HO said 「We can’t do nothing,Contact MP !」
It is so hard.
I don’t know where is my passport and all documents…
Are there somebody could help me?
