Hello for all
I just want small info
I want try enter to uk with my wife this week
By calais
So im algerian married a polish
I have polish recidance card
I apply for eea fp last month ,got refuse
I intend go from paris by bus to uk !
The matter now :
how i convince border for give me
Eea dependant ink stamp ?
And after i can apply for recidance card in uk ?

You will need to present similar credentials & documentation to the UK border/immigration officials as would be required for a successful FP application.
Why was your FP refused

Hi,
now a days this Code 1 A stamp has been replaced with EEA dependant ink stamp.

do you mean, the people who are refused family permit will be caught at borders. if they try to enter uk by bus

I mean such a person can expect to be (& most likely will be) questioned by officials as per procedure.
That is to be expected as UK is not part of Schengen area - even before border control & movement around EU became yet more of a hot potato.

In case of OP, as his family permit is denied, does his refusal will be appeared on border with the reasons?
or then the case will different, as he is accompanying with her wife
and what is the scene now, after the speech of david cameron

Yes it is likely that information will be available to a UK immigration official as a FP is a UK document.
The official may use such information in reaching his decision at the border.
btw - I am sure I have already posted a link to the relevant
Border Force Operations Manual in the other thread where you previously posted similar questions about border crossing without a visa.
As to impact of DC on EU (or of EU on DC) I cannot say - there are other active threads in the forum on that hot topic.
