EEA (PR) application - Didn't register before WRS ended

Hi guys, need little help coz im really worried 
I started my first job in UK on 11th February 2011 ( agency job ) ... im from EEU and WRS was abolished in April 2011..when i started work i even didnt know that something like WRS exist
and my employer didnt required from my any other document exept my ID/passport...im now applying for PR can it be a problem that during those few weeks before abolision i wasnt registered? If yes from when they will count my 5 years period...THX
