Application for PR card - WRS questions

Hi guys,

I'm new to all this and I would appreciate some help. If i'm posting under a wrong topic, please let me know.

I'm a Lithuanian national, who's been studying and working in the UK since 2008.

2008-2011 Studying and working part-time
2011 - to date - Full time employment.

I am looking to apply for PR card, however, I'm guessing I'm going to have issues with WRS. I have never been registered under WRS, however, up until 2011, I worked and studied at the same time. As I don't have a WRS, would providing proof of education be sufficient? I think I have several letters from university to say I was enrolled in one of their courses. Or would I need to wait until April 30, 2016 to apply for PR?

Also, I've only have 2 pieces of information for each year (proof of address, proof of employment). Would this be sufficient?

Thank you

The post by justy.st is now here.
(It was tagged onto someone else's thread before - and hijacking a thread like that is considered inappropriate and rude as well as being confusing).
