Hi
I'm writing about my situation below and would be appreciated for your valuable suggestion:
1. came to the UK Student visa in 2007 with my husband and my daughter(age-15months)
2. my SON born here in 2009
3. in 2012 applied EEA family under my brother (EEA national) so we whole family got 5 years EEA family resident permit from 2013
4. my student visa expired in JANUARY, 2012 and applied for EEA Resident permit in JUNE, 2012 (so, applied 4months after of expiring my student visa)
So Now my questions are:
1. am i eligible to apply for ILR after 10 years of staying? will 4 months affect on my 10years stay?
2. or is it better to apply PR in EEA route?
3. or is there any other route to apply for ILR?
Thanks
