EEA FP online application form

Hi there guys!
I'm currently filling out an online form ( EEA National part) and there are few questions that raise doubt.
1. "When did you marry or enter into a civil partnership?" -
This is the question where you can only put a past date, but me and my man are applying as "unmarried partners", and so we are not married. I can not leave this field blank or put a future date. Should I just put a random date here and then explain that we are unmarried partners in additional info part?
Although I don't understand, if this form is supposed to be filled not only by married people or same sex partners, but also by those who apply as unmarried partners, this field just doesn't make any sense, right?
2. The "What other family members do you have and where do they live?" This field only lets you write a certain amount of symbols, so it does not allow me to enter the full name of my grandmother, let alone her address. Should I just write "grandmother" not saying her name or anything there? Or should I, again, write some additional information about her in a latter part?
Any help from you guys would be highly appreciated, and thank you in advance!
