PR application confusion on what route to go for

Hi urgent help plzzzz
Got married to eea oct 2009
Lived together for almost 3 years then separated
Issued a 5 yr rc in 2011 April expiring Apr 2016
Applied for divorce petition accepted waiting for the court
To issue a decree nisi
I have got a letter from Hmrc confirming details of
6 years work history for my spouse .
Also my wife is ready to provide me last year payslips
I.e may 15 till date and also copy of her pp
New eea4 is complicated .. Shall I apply with a cover
Letter that my divorce is pending and will provide decree absolute once it's finalises or what other way I can apply for my pr as my 5 years rc ends next month.. I am a non eea

You may have acquired PR already via the EEA sponsor.

When did you arrive in UK?
What was sponsor's activity & timeline since then?
Is the sponsor from an A8 country?
Was this sponsor ever a student?
Any prolonged absences from UK (by either party)?
