My cousin has two children with her partner in Italy who is an Italian citizen. The two children are still minors but they have been issued with Italian passports. My cousin is yet to obtain Italian passport but wishes to relocate to the UK. Can she apply for UK residency and live in the UK using her children EU citizenship status. Thank you

Not in the normal case. She will have to show sufficient find and medical insurance to qualify under Singh.

The four of them, father, mother and two children, could move to the UK under the normal EEA rules if they are still a family. The mother would qualify as the 'durable partner' of the father.
