Error in DCPR - BRC email?

Has anyone emailed
BRCerror@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk to correct mistakes on their Document Certifying Permanent Residence (as opposed to their biometric residence permit)?
I just went down this route, and got an automated response that started with “Thank you for your enquiry about an error on your Residence Card (Biometric Format).”
I am obviously not inquiring about a BRP, but there is no other way to lodge my request that I can find.
Thoughts?

It's probably an autoresponder. What is the problem with your DCPR?

It's the one outlined here
http://www.immigrationboards.com/eea-ro ... l#p1323932
The problem is.. they've issued me a document using my transliterated Greek name, as opposed to my actual name (in which I hold all forms of ID, including UK Driver's licence - but, not Greek passport..)
This means there is now a mismatch between the residency documentation and the rest of my papers, including my Life in the UK test certification.
This contravenes everything I was told over the phone (I was warned not to trust anything these people tell me, but it borders on the farcical that the Immigration helpline is not to be expected to dispense advice on…immigration).
So it’s now a matter of whether I… change my name to the transliterated variant in order to get all my documentation to match. The thing is that this will require me changing my university degrees, HMRC documents, drivers licence, press ID, marriage licence and generally any documents from the past 15 years that I need to refer to afterwards with my citizenship application. Needless to say that I do NOT want to do that.
