Extended family member

Hi there everyvn on this page .
I want to apply RC for my brother he lives with me in uk i am spainish national living and workink in uk from nearly 1 year nd so i would like to know if there are some possibilities to get RC for my brother as extended family member .

What nationality is brother?
What is his immigration status in UK?
Does he depend on you in some way or is he a member of your household (with you as head of household)?
Was he dependent on you in the previous country you lived in? (where did brother live at that time?)

He is indian national
Was on student visa in uk his appeal is pending for student visa renewal
He lives with me i rented the property on my name
I sent him money somtimes when i was not in uk
Direct debit to his account from mine every week 100 pounds from last around 6 months

He depended on me money wise i maneged his study visa fees from india
He came to uk in 2011

If brother's been in UK 5 years it may be problematic if you've only had a bank transfer set up and running for past 6 months or so.
