Hi all,

Could you please help me in this matter.
EEA national completed 5 years exercising treaty rights in 03/2016 and have Certificate of registration issue by HOME Office.
EEA national Kids( age 16 & joined him 08/2012 , certificate of registration issued on 02/2013.
my question is EEA national will apply EEA PR soon , will his kids to be able to get PR with EEA national or they have to reside in UK for 5 years before applying EEA PR.?
