Hi all,

i hope to get some advice, i am the brother of an EEA national (Irish) , i have a wife and 3 kids and we are all dependant on my brother, he has been supporting me and my family before i came to the UK as students on student visas in 2008. my 3 kids were born here in the UK.
does anyone know if we all qualify for an extended family member residence card?
any advice on what i need to prove will be appreciated?
thanks

Did your brother acquire Irish Citizenship before you entered the UK?

May doesn't sound to good or certain, can you help with what do I need to provide to go from "may" to certain or credible?

In UKVI mode - I'd be asking how could someone support 4 extra people as dependants in UK.......

And is your Brother Irish only? Or is he British too?
