NON EEA FAMILY MEMBER WITH RESIDENCE CARD WANTS TO MARRY

I am a non EEA family member holding a residence card.I have been working in UK for two years now and am about to get married to a non EEA national residing outside the UK.Therefore, i was wondering if any of you kind people would be able to advise me on the type of visa to apply for ;Spouse Visa(i earn £17500 instead of £18600) or would my wife to be also qualify for an EEA family permit as she is married to me an extended family member of an EU citizen exercising treaty rights in UK? Please advise and any sort of suggestions on how to go about the process would be welcome .Hoping to hear from you all who come across the post and thanking you in advance for your input!!!God Bless

How long have you been in the UK on EEA RC?

If you do not meet salary or savings requirements (etc) the UK spouse route will not fly.
An EEA dependent EFM of an EEA national cannot sponsor anyone under EU rules.
What is your residence card: RC or PR card?
And a FP is to enable someone (non-EEA) to join an EEA family member not a non-EEA family member.
What is the relationship of your EEA sponsor to you?
Has this sponsor also been sponsoring your future spouse?
Are they going to be doing so in future?
