Dear sir/madam
I am bulgarian nationality with permanent UK residency and I hold british passport.
My mother is 67 years old, also Bulgarian from EU.She lives with me here since 2013 and she depends on me because she does not have where to live and does not have any income. She will get her pension from Bulgaria soon but will be small amount to support her.If she is applying for permanent residency as a dependent parent do I need to supply all documents again employment, proof of residency etc.again since I have been checked to became british citizen and if so for what period of time.I have read somewhere for the last 3 months but not sure entirely. Also because I have bulgarian passport as well I do not know which document to send to home office.
I would appreciate your help.
Many thanks in advance

Unfortunately you are no longer able to sponsor any family member as you are now British; UK will not consider you to be an EEA national.

However, all is not lost - if mom is Bulgarian she may apply under EU rules in her own right.

Note: If mom has only been in UK since 2013 she will not have acquired PR yet.

If retired, she would have to have been exercising treaty rights as a self-sufficient person for 5 years in order to have acquired PR.
Make sure you have had CSI in place for her.
