Permanent residence without WRS EEA(PR)

Hello everyone.
I heve been working in same company since 2008. I never registered with the HO so I don't have WRS.
I am going to apply for PR on May 2016. I've printed EEA (PR) form already.
Shoud Ia complete Section 9 B ? WRS was abolished in April 2011 (over 5 years ago)
If YES, with one of the two boxes shoud I tick?
(“Exempt or not otherwise required to register/obtain authorisation” OR
“Worked without permission”).

Worked without permission.
Note its not mandatory to use latest 'monster, form.
There are other earlier (simpler) versions still available.

I have been working in same company since 2008.
I have to specify "Date unauthorised work ended" in the WRS Section.
Should I write 30 Apr 2011 on form (WRS abolished date) or N/A maybe?

You mentioned about ealier (simpler) versions. Where can I find it? With one can I use? Are these versions do not contain WRS Section? Which is easier in the previous documents?
I'm sorry for so many questions, but I did not know about the possibility of using an earlier version application form.

Yes, it seems to make sense to put 30 Apr 2011.

Suggest start here, by taking a look at this PR form a member has compiled by mashing a previous/simpler PR form with the up-to-date HO contact and other details:

Suggest printing a few copies off and trying a few dry runs with your information (& all supporting evidence) - see how it all shapes up.

I called today to the Home Office.
I was told that we shoud tick box: "Worked without permission"
and "Date unauthorised work ended" is 30 Apr 2011. All the work after that date is authorised.
