Good morning please am new on this site and would like to ask a question, I am a Nigerian, married to a British citizen, and we have two British citizen sons, because of the high UK financial requirement, we are unable to apply through UK spouse visa, now I am presently in Netherlands through a one month schengen visa which would expire in 5 days, my question is can my husband apply for a resident permit for me even though he does not have a job in the Netherlands, and is it possible to apply if my schengen visa expires. Thank you

As an EEA family you have a 3 months grace period in any Union state.

If you have funds (but no work) your spouse/sponsor should be classified as having self-sufficient status; (CSI, health insurance required).
You could apply for a RC on that basis.
