PR for Direct dependent EEA family member of EEA

PR for Direct dependent EEA national family member of EEA national

Dependent person living in UK since 08/08/2011 soon 5 years
Received EU decision 20/09/2012 from DWP that she has right to reside in the UK and can be treated as habitualy resident because she is family member of EEA national
Have EEA pension form EU country and guarantee pension credit since 20/09/2012 back dated from 04/05/2012
Did apply for social housing and got flat as has Penion Guarantee credit which is a passported benefit and will passport to entitlement to other benefits did apply for Council tax reduction and Housing benefit, got both awarded
Want to apply for PR in August 2016 what are the chances as so many questions about benefits in the PR form can my application be decline?

What is the relationship to sponsor? Parent?
What does sponsor do?

Sponsor is EEA national 'qualified' person - worker living and working in uk since 31/05/2005
Relationship parent of EEA national
