my second application got refused with an entitlement for appeal, the grounds are :
no answer from employer for the phone call made !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
the employment contract was a photocopy
and no bank stat. to prove the payments from employers, on 1 may i sent 4 recent payslips, and 4 months' payslips with the application.
the refusal was on 26 of june and the call was on the 26th of june !!!!!!!!!

Please tell me, What shall i do ?

You can appeal, the difficulty with reapplying is the uncertainty of not knowing what excuse they will use the next time.

With appealing, at least you know you will be dealing with the basis of refusal.

what about reconsideration?

If i appealed, Am i still permitted to work? will there be any proof of my eligibility?

Reconsideration can only be accepted if vital evidence were ignored or they failed to apply law or policy.

You will be allowed to work and get a renewed COA, provided you had a right to work with the last one

I have sent original payslips from my spouse's employment and it was received and signed for on the 11th of may ,,,, the decision was made late june, wouldn't this be considered a reason for reconsideration?

any advices please?
