Hey guys

A guys working with us recently asked me this question..

They arrived in UK in April the husband is working as employee but the non-eea wife is coming next week with baby on six month entry visa to UK.

They want to apply for Residence card, I see that husband can be classed as QP however the non eea-wife is not working because of baby.. and needs FM form to send with baby?

Is there any income limit for husband to support them?
The husband is working full time earning about £500 a week.

Thanks

The wife doesn't need to be employed, her husband is the sponsor. https://www.gov.uk/apply-for-a-uk-residence-card
I believe Minimum Earnings Threshold to determine that Treaty rights are being exercised as a genuine 'worker' is currently £155 per week, so he is way above that.
