Eea family permit for son in law

Hi there,

I have been looking over the Internet regarding this matter but couldn't find any answer.. My question is as I am a eea national living in the uk for more than 8 years, can I apply my son in law who is in Pakistan at the moment?

Is his wife/your daughter also an EU national?

Yes he is financially dependant on me and my daughter is not a eu national but she has got a years residence card.

I am facing the similar situation .I would like to know is financial dependency required in this type of case as daughter holding RC and son in law from another family and relationship established with EEA just by the marriage which is not that long so how can we show son in law been living in the same household and dependent on EEA.

did you apply for eea fm for you son in law?
